Refund Policy – Nasima Nahar Cupping Academy
Due to the nature of our courses and the access to digital learning materials provided upon purchase, we operate a no refund policy once a course has been purchased and the student has accessed 2 modules on the student dashboard.
Upon payment, you will receive login details to access your online learning portal, where you will complete your theory units and knowledge tests across modules. As access to these materials is granted on the day of purchase we are unable to offer refunds once 2 modules have been accessed.
Once all theory modules and knowledge tests have been successfully completed, your practical workshop day will be arranged by contacting us at email@nasimanaharcuppingacademy.co.uk
Please note that no refunds or transfers will be issued after theory is accessed once a practical workshop date has been confirmed cancellation can only be made with 5 days notice. A late cancellation fee of £70.00 applies when practicle workshops are cancelled without 5 days notice.
Following your supervised practical day, your case studies will be tailored exclusively to your experience. Upon successful completion, you will receive your certification.
As part of your ongoing mentorship programme, further case studies are completed to help build your confidence, maintain quality assurance, and support your continued professional development.
